GENERAL ACCREDITATION RULES FOR JOURNALISTS

FOR THE TRACTOR PULLING EVENT IN FÜCHTORF

As the organizer, the Green Monster Team, wants to make it easier for journalists to access information about the event and our association by means of accreditation. An accreditation is exclusively for the purpose of journalistic reporting. Due to the great demand for accreditations for the Tractor Pulling in Füchtorf, we would like to point out that all accreditations must take place in advance. This will facilitate our preparations and you yourself will benefit from shortened waiting times. We will set up a contact point for the press on the day of the event. You will receive further information on this in the run-up to the event. Credentials should be provided in German or English.

Video production companies (unless they work for us), newsletters, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter activities, forums and communities will not be considered for press accreditation.

DETAILED INFORMATION

A PRESS ACCREDITATION COULD BE OBTAINED:

Contents:

  • Holders of a valid press card of a domestic or foreign journalists’ association with no thematic reference to the event.
  • Holders of a valid press card of a domestic or foreign professional journalists’ association with thematic reference to the event.
  • Persons from Germany or abroad who can prove their journalistic (including photojournalistic) activity as follows:

…by submitting name articles in the original, which are not older than one year at the time of the event.

…by submitting an original masthead in which they are named as editors, permanent editorial staff or authors and which is not older than one year at the time of the event.

…by presenting a written assignment from an editorial office in the original with reference to the current event.

  • Photographers from the tractor pulling scene who are personally known to the Green Monster Team.

After the event, we expect to receive a corresponding voucher copy to be sent to Kontakt@greenmonster.de or to

We always send out the accreditation documents on Thursday before the event. We ask for some patience!
